First. I hope everyone who celebrates had a great holiday season. We got snow, in Texas, and actually had a white Christmas. The first one since like 1926 or something. My holiday was okay overall. I've been a little sick (bad sore throat) and grumpy lately, which has led to being a bit anti-social. It's supposed to snow/possibly ice over some time tonight and overnight, so I'm just really looking forward to driving home from work later if that does happen. Heh. I did write Buffy fic, though, and I haven't written in that fandom in ages so whee.

Second. Meme. Because I can sneak into my email during my break at work tonight and read things so memes are fun sometimes.

i was wondering whether someone could reccommend fics where draco and hermione are alone together on a jounry/quest/lost in the wilderness(i.e god of the lost). i really like the parts in 'the fallout' where draco and hermione are alone in the safe houses. so something like that maybe?

Hey, I'm looking for a Ron/Hermione fic I'm pretty sure it was written between HBP and DH.

The setting is the Horcrux hunt. Hermione is tired of using cleaning charms and not having a decent bath. The trio stops somewhere for a bit longer than usual and Ron manages to surprise Hermione by buying soap and shampoo and putting up a makeshift bathtub for her. He also ends up lending her a hand to wash her back, if you know what I mean... ;-)

recently read Twenty Years www.fanfiction.net/s/2957382/1/Twenty_Years and The Matchmaker community.livejournal.com/dmhgficexchange/334367.html and really enjoyed them, so i'm wondering if there are more stories out there with similar premise, i.e., hermione & draco are separated post-hogwarts by social expectations/pressures and finally manage to  re-establish a relationship years later.  i'd prefer them to have remained single during the separation period and not have any mutual offspring (esp. if this is the "reason" for the separation).

Earlier today I saw a post of someone looking for a link to The Draco Trilogy by Cassandra Claire. I posted in it that I would be watching it because I was interested in the story as well. Lo and behold I come back and the post has been deleted. Someone posted in there about how she had a copy of the story and would put it up. I'd really like the opportunity to read it.
